The 1959 Ford Consul Mk II 204E was Jamaican Commissioner Duff’s car in 1962 spy action film “Dr. No”, the first film in James Bond Series. It is seen in a very short scene, where Bond is chauffeured to Strangways’ house from Government House.
The Ford consul II was in production 1956-1962 by Ford in Britain. 371.585 fixed roof and 9.398 convertibles was produced. It was a sub-model of the Zephyr.
