1985 “Back to the Future”/ 1946 Ford Super De Luxe

Biff Tannen form “Back to the Future” trilogy may have been one of the biggest assholes in cinematic history, but he had great taste in cars. His 1946 Ford Super De Luxe is a real looker, at least until it gets trashed by manure in one of the unforgivable scenes of 1985 “Back to the Future”. In trilogy this car gets trashed by manure twice.

Some people say that actually there were 3 different Fords used for the movie, a ’46, a ’47, and a ’48. The ’46 was the one that was used the most, and got the manure dumped on it the other two were used for a variety of other distance shots, or super close shots. But we can also found the info about two 1946 Ford Super De Luxes involved in the shooting.

“Back to the Future 2” Quote:

“He’s in a ’46 Ford. We’re in a DeLorean. He’d rip through us like we were tin foil”.
